We, as Haksan Takım Tezgahları Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Company”), have prepared this Information Text in order to explain to you which personal data we will process and for what purposes as the data controller.

WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

If you share it with us or if it is necessary, your personal data that may be subject to processing consists of your identity card copy and personal data on your driver’s license, as well as your employment data, financial data, visual and audio data, communication data, identity data and your vehicle’s license plate.

WITH WHICH METHOD AND FOR WHAT REASONS DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

As a company, we request your personal data from you and/or other representatives/employees on behalf of your company in order to fulfill our legal obligations, to establish a service contract etc. between you and your company and/or us, if it is clearly provided for in the laws, to establish, exercise or protect a right and for the legitimate interests of the Company;

• Entering information into our platforms;
• Saving information that is open to third party access on the internet;
• Obtaining information you send to our corporate e-mail addresses,
• Collecting your personal data electronically through cookies used on our website as detailed in our Cookie Policy due to the Company's legitimate interest in developing its platform and making it more effective,
• Obtaining your visual data through cameras we place in the Company's headquarters, branches and warehouses

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be processed by the Company for the following purposes and legal reasons:

Within the scope of establishing a service contract for the services we provide to you, including but not limited to sales, supply, technical service, installation, transportation and special services;

• Your personal data may be processed for the purpose of determining prices for the requested service, sending offers and creating contracts.

We strive to continuously develop and progress in order to provide you with the best service possible. In this context; 

• Your personal data may be processed for the purposes of contacting you to ensure that a service contract is concluded with you, promoting and visiting our services,

• Providing campaign information.

Within the scope of fulfilling the requirements within the scope of the Turkish Commercial Code, the Code of Obligations, customs and warehouse legislation and other relevant legislation;

• To ensure security in the company headquarters, branches and warehouses,
• To store information, keep minutes, report, inform as required by the legislation, relevant regulatory institutions and other authorities,

• Taking security camera recordings for security purposes in the external area of ​​the company headquarters, branches, entrance gate, internal areas of the entrance, internal area of ​​the meeting room, external area, internal and external areas of the shipment area, and internal and external areas of the warehouses,
• Recording the vehicles entering these areas for the security of the products and product shipments in the company headquarters, branches or warehouses,
• Your personal data may be processed for the purposes of identifying the responsible person in the event of a security breach.

Within the scope of the Company's administration, execution of business, and implementation of Company policies;

• Following up and recording business opportunities, tenders and fairs,
• Ensuring quality control and compliance within the Company,
• Confirming that the customer has the ability to pay for the service,
• Managing the Company's switchboard,
• Providing technical support to Company employees, and evaluating the Company's current and required software, your personal data may be processed.

Your personal data on the identity card copy and driver's license are processed only for the purpose of ensuring that detailed information regarding extraordinary events occurring at the Company's headquarters and warehouses is accurately transferred to the relevant and authorized authorities.

Your personal data will be stored for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed.

SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES IN THE COUNTRY AND ABROAD

Your personal data;

Within the scope of fulfilling our legal obligations;

• We can transfer it to our lawyers, consultants and/or insurance companies in order to use our rights such as defense, recourse, etc., and to manage and follow up on litigation and enforcement processes.
• We can transfer it to relevant public institutions and organizations within the framework of our obligation to fulfill legal requests such as court orders or requests for evidence, provided that it is in accordance with the law and procedure.

 

 

Within the scope of the company's administration, conduct of business, and implementation of company policies;

• We may transfer our internal operations to companies and/or suppliers we work with in partnership, located in Turkey and/or abroad, in order to ensure pricing for the service to be provided.
• In order to introduce ourselves to wider audiences, we may monitor your movements within our website within the framework of the Cookie Policy and only transfer your necessary contact information (such as phone, e-mail) to third parties conducting these activities in Turkey and abroad.

You can send us your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, which regulates your rights, through our communication channels below in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, and you can use the application form that we have prepared and available on our website in order to support your application to be legal during this process.
